Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and JamaPoonji, operated by its registered distribution team — an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor, ARN-358148, and an APMI-registered PMS distributor, APRN-10580 ("JamaPoonji", "we", "us") — for the use of jamapoonji.com and the calculators, planning tools and dashboards it provides.

1. Accepting these terms

By using JamaPoonji you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use JamaPoonji for an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Who can use JamaPoonji

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You need a Google account to sign in and save anything.

3. What JamaPoonji is — and what it is not

JamaPoonji provides financial calculators and planning tools. The numbers it produces are projections built from the assumptions you enter. They are illustrations, not forecasts, promises, or guarantees of any outcome.

JamaPoonji is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, ARN-358148, and an APMI-registered PMS Distributor, APRN-10580. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, and nothing on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice or a personalised recommendation. Where you need personalised advice, consult a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser.

4. Your account

• Sign-in is through Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.
• Give accurate information, and keep it current.
• Do not share your account, and do not open one on someone else's behalf without their agreement.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.

5. Your data and your content

The figures and plans you enter remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them for the purpose of running the service for you, and to share them with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. A projection is only as good as its inputs.

6. Plans and fees

The calculators and a free account are available at no charge. Paid plans are arranged directly with us; we do not take payments through this site, and any fee, duration and cancellation terms are agreed with you in writing before a paid plan begins.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• attempt to access data that is not yours, or probe or bypass our access controls;
• scrape, overload, or disrupt the service, or interfere with other users;
• reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly allows it;
• use the service to break any law, or to mislead anyone about what it produces;
• resell or rebrand the service without our written agreement.

8. Mutual fund investments and risk

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Past performance does not indicate future results. Any scheme or product mentioned through JamaPoonji carries its own risks, and the value of investments can fall as well as rise.

9. Third-party sites and services

We may link to third-party sites, such as WhatsApp or partner platforms for executing investments. Those sites are not under our control and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep JamaPoonji available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and we may release fixes and updates at any time. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.

11. Ending access

You may stop using JamaPoonji at any time, and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we must for legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the service. Where we discontinue a paid plan, we will deal with any unused paid period fairly.

12. Disclaimers and limit of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or savings, or for decisions you take based on a projection. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹10,000.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have to bring a consumer complaint where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top, and if the change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use JamaPoonji after a change means you accept the updated terms.
